Join us Saturday, September 5th for a concert benefiting La Plaza located here in Mesa County featuring Quemando, who are a lively and very entertaining 9 piece Salsa band that will get you up and dancing the night away! Tickets are $25/person pre-sale and $30 at the door. 

Wine, beer, cider and non-alcoholic drinks will be available at the GRV bar along with some other concessions. Two food trucks will be on site for additional dining options.

Through empowerment and advocacy we ensure that our members and their families are able to equitably access and benefit from the resources that make all of our lives better.”

GJ’s Immigrant Partnership Team encourages you to attend if you would like to recommit to participating in this group. Our immigrant neighbors continue to get detained and many live in fear which impacts their daily lives. There are numerous and varied opportunities to participate and we would like to hear from you as to what you need to devote some of your time and energy to do so. more training? This training prepares community volunteers to verify and document reports of ICE activity. Run by networks like the Colorado Rapid Response Network and the Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition, these sessions teach participants how to safely gather accurate information and support affected neighborhoods.
